Osama bin Laden (March 10, 1957 - September 13, 1989) was a Saudi terrorist leader, mostly active in Afghanistan during the 1980s. Born into a millionaire Saudi family, bin Laden studied in prestigious schools, and earned degrees in civil engineering and public administration.
